Payment Policy
Full payment is required before production begins on all custom orders.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all payments are non-refundable once an order has been approved and production has started.
We currently accept payment through Venmo and Zelle.
Custom Work Disclaimer
All items are made to order and handcrafted specifically for each customer.
Because of the custom nature of our products, slight variations in color, placement, or design may occur. We always do our best to create pieces that closely match your vision and approved design details.
Turnaround Times
Most orders are completed within 5–10 business days.
Larger, bulk, or more detailed projects may require additional time. If you have a deadline, please include it when submitting your order request.
Rush orders may be available depending on our current schedule.
Order Changes
Please review all order details carefully before approving your order.
Changes may not be possible once production has started.
Pickup & Delivery
At this time, we primarily offer local pickup or meet-up options.
Pickup details will be arranged once your order is complete.
Care & Liability
Customers are responsible for properly caring for their custom items after pickup or delivery.
M&S Customs is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, handling, washing, or storage after the order has been received.
Care instructions may be provided for certain products when applicable.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an item has been completed.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
