ONE FORM PER JERSEY


We have parameters and requirements that we MUST follow:

  1. The font size MUST be 2 inches or less

  2. The font MUST be a solid color

  3. The font color MUST be black or white

  4. The allowable fonts are:

    1. “VARSITY” 

  5. The lettering MUST be appropriate for all ages

  6. The lettering CANNOT include numbers or special characters
